If I could have just one word,
One word to swallow and take into myself,
One word that could nourish my sorrow and Soul,
I would satiate myself with: PEACE.

I've worn a leather PEACE bracelet since the late 1980's and it is my most prized piece of jewerly. It cost $5.00 and it's value to me not measured in monetary terms. It's started many dialogs among friend and foe and I've had many requests for a replication of it. If I could do leather work I'd reproduce it. It's a small thing but it's message is monumental.

I would say "love" but too many people misunderstand.
"Peace" doesn't seem to be working either.
So now "kindness" is the word.

Though at the time of my writing PEACE is what my Soul was longing for,in the presence of today I would speak my word to be GRATEFUL.

For as long as I can remember, when it came round each year, that I was to blow the candles out on my birthday. I've always wished for world peace. When I was little, I did'nt understand what I was asking from the world. Now...... I still don't. Whats it going to take?
